Reports

The reports section offers a variety of reporting options for your business. These reports provide detailed insight into aspects of your business that can be saved for later use.

To access this section, select Reports on the navigation sidebar.

Selecting a Date Range

Most reports require a date range to be selected. If a report contains the Start Date and End Date fields, be sure to set these fields appropriately.

Once your desired date range is selected and any other additional parameters are defined, click Search to retrieve your reporting data.

Exporting a Report

All of your reports come equipped with an Export button. Click this button to generate a CSV file containing all of the data currently loaded on the reporting page.

Batch Summary

The batch summary report allows you to retrieve closed batches that occurred within the selected date range. You can export the list of batches by clicking Export.

By clicking a batch from this list, all of the transactions within the batch will be displayed in the table below. You can then also export the list of transactions by clicking Export.

More in-depth views of individual transactions are not available here. Please refer to the Batch Manager section for more information.

Transaction Search

The transaction search report allows you to retrieve transactions by utilizing various parameters such as:

  • Last 4 - Filters transactions by the last 4 digits of the card number.
  • Authorization Number - Filters transactions based on the transaction authorization number.
  • Transaction Amount - Filters transactions based on the transaction amount. There are multiple filter options available to you:
    • Equal To - Filter transactions with totals that equal the amount in the field.
    • Between - Filter transactions with totals within the range of the two fields.
    • Greater Than - Filters transactions with totals greater than the amount in the field.
    • Less Than - Filters transactions with totals less than the amount in the field.
    • +/- $5.00 - Filters transactions with totals that are within $5 of the amount in the field.

Using these filters in conjunction can help you find transactions that you may not have exact totals for.

Recurring Billing

The recurring billing report allows you to retrieve your recurring billing transactions, both settled and upcoming, using the filters provided.

  • Customer ID - Filters transactions based on the customer ID.
  • Customer Name - Filters transactions based on the customer name.
  • Billed Amount - Filters transactions based on the billed amount. There are multiple filter options available to you:
    • Equal To - Filter transactions with totals that equal the amount in the field.
    • Between - Filter transactions with totals within the range of the two fields.
    • Greater Than - Filter transactions with totals greater than the amount in the field.
    • Less Than - Filter transactions with totals less than the amount in the field.
    • +/- $5.00 - Filter transactions with totals that are within $5 of the amount in the field.

Using these filters in conjunction can help you find transactions that you may not have exact totals for.

Current Inventory

The current inventory report provides you with up-to-date information for inventory you currently have on hand. You can filter your inventory by department and / or category, allowing you to generate precise reports.

Items Sold

The items sold report provides you with information about the inventory sold during the date range selected.

Sales Tax

The sales tax report provides you with information about the amount of taxes and fees your business has collected. The report is organized into the associated item departments.
