Dashboard

The dashboard serves as your home page, greeting you immediately upon logging in. It provides a comprehensive overview of your business and provides swift access to various sections of Reef Pay.

Layout

To customize the options displayed on screen, click the grid icon located at the top right corner of the screen. A series of toggles will be revealed, allowing you to enable / disable specific buttons, graphs, and statistics.

Buttons

Your dashboard includes several buttons that allow for quick navigation to their respective sections. Use these buttons to quickly access key areas of Reef Pay.

Graphs

Your dashboard includes two graphs that help provide a concise overview of your business's revenue.

• Settlements - Displays a recent summary of settled transactions.
• Sales - Displays a recent summary of open transactions.

Quick View Stats

Your dashboard includes several statistical displays that offer insightful information about your business.

• Outstanding Invoices - The number of active and unpaid invoices within your database.
• Upcoming Billing - The number of recurring bills expected to be collected within the next 7 days.
• Paid Invoices - The number of invoices that have been paid by customers.
• Overdue Invoices - The number of active and unpaid invoices that are past their due date.
• Customer Count - The number of customers registered within your database.
