Tickets

The tickets section of Reef Pay allows your business to view and manage the tickets issued within the selected date range.

To access this section, select Tickets on the navigation sidebar.

Viewing a Ticket

Double-click a ticket row to view the ticket receipt. The ticket receipt can provide additional information regarding a ticket such as:

• Ticket ID - A unique identifier for each individual ticket.
• Line Items - The table containing all of the items sold on a ticket. If no items were sold, it will display No Rows.

Voiding a Ticket

If a ticket is eligible to be voided, the Void Ticket button will be available. Simply select this button to begin the voiding process for the ticket.
